Refund Policy

At Alpha Executive Virtual Assistant (“Alpha,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing exceptional executive support services. We value client satisfaction and strive to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Please review our refund policy below before purchasing our services.

1. Monthly Service Packages

Payments for monthly service packages are non-refundable once the service period has begun and work has commenced.

Our services involve allocating dedicated time, resources, and professional support specifically for your business, making completed or ongoing work ineligible for refunds.

2. Custom & Bespoke Services

For custom or bespoke service agreements, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund will consider:

  • Work already completed

  • Time and resources allocated

  • Third-party expenses incurred

  • Services already delivered

3. Unused Hours

Unused support hours included in a monthly package do not roll over to future billing periods and are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

4. Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 7 days of the issue.

We are committed to resolving concerns through:

  • Service revisions

  • Workflow adjustments

  • Additional support where appropriate

  • Open communication to ensure expectations are met

Our goal is to provide solutions before considering cancellation or refund requests.

5. Cancellations

Clients may cancel their ongoing service by providing written notice in accordance with their service agreement.

Cancellation of future services will stop future billing after the applicable notice period. Payments for the current billing period remain non-refundable once services have commenced.

6. Discovery Calls

Complimentary discovery calls are provided free of charge and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

7. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party expenses paid on behalf of the client, including but not limited to travel bookings, software subscriptions, licenses, or external service fees, are non-refundable once purchased or confirmed.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Alpha Executive Virtual Assistant may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances where it is deemed fair and appropriate. Any such decision does not establish an ongoing obligation to provide refunds in similar situations.

9. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
